Question 1

AccountIs it free to register at 36tt?

Accepted Answer

Yes, creating a 36tt account is completely free. There is no charge to register. The process takes less than 2 minutes: fill in your full name, CPF, date of birth, mobile number, and email address, set a password, and confirm that you are 18 or older. Once you verify your email, your account is active and ready for your first Pix deposit.

Question 2

AccountWho can create an account at 36tt?

Accepted Answer

36tt is a platform exclusively for players aged 18 and over who are residents of Brazil. To register, you need a valid CPF, an active email address, and a Brazilian mobile number with area code. Each individual may hold only one account — duplicates will result in the permanent suspension of all accounts linked to the same CPF.

Question 3

AccountDo I need to submit documents to create an account?

Accepted Answer

You don't need to submit documents when you sign up. Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal above R$ 500.00. At that point, you'll need to provide a government-issued ID (front and back) and recent proof of address. The process is completed entirely online via the website or your phone — no need to go anywhere.

Question 4

AccountHow do I recover my 36tt account password?

Accepted Answer

Visit the login, click "Forgot my password" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a recovery link within a few minutes — be sure to check your spam folder too. The link expires in 30 minutes. If you no longer remember the email used during registration, please contact support at suporte@36tt.best providing your CPF.

Question 5

AccountCan I change my registered email or CPF?

Accepted Answer

Your email address can be changed through identity verification — please contact support at suporte@36tt.best. Your CPF, as the unique identifier for your account, cannot be changed. Each CPF is permanently linked to one account. For other details such as phone number and address, changes can be made directly in your profile settings.

Question 6

AccountI didn't receive the confirmation email. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

First, check your spam or junk folder — emails often end up there. If you still can't find it, go to the 36tt login page and look for the "Resend Confirmation Email" option. If the issue persists, contact support at suporte@36tt.best providing the email and CPF used during registration.

Question 7

FinancialWhat deposit methods are available?

Accepted Answer

36tt accepts all major Brazilian payment methods: Pix (instant credit, 24/7), boleto bancário (up to 2 business days to clear), credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), PicPay, and Mercado Pago. TED transfers from Brazil's main banks — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil — are also accepted. All amounts are processed in BRL (R$), with no currency conversion.

Question 8

FinancialWhat is the minimum deposit amount at 36tt?

Accepted Answer

The minimum deposit amount via Pix at 36tt is R$ 20.00. For other payment methods such as boleto and card, the minimum may differ — check the deposit screen inside your account. Pix is the most convenient option: it works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays, and funds are credited instantly.

Question 9

FinancialHow long does a Pix withdrawal take to arrive?

Accepted Answer

For accounts with completed identity verification (KYC), Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day. If KYC is not complete and the amount exceeds R$ 500.00, you'll need to submit your documents before the withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals via boleto or TED follow standard bank processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is shown on the cashout screen inside your account.

Question 10

FinancialHow do I register my Pix key for withdrawals?

Accepted Answer

Once logged in, go to "Financial Settings" or "Payment Methods" in your dashboard. Enter your Pix key — CPF, email, phone number, or random key — and save. The Pix key registered for withdrawals must be in your name and linked to the same CPF as your 36tt account. For security, any changes to your Pix key require identity confirmation before they take effect.

Question 11

FinancialMy deposit hasn't shown up in my account. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Pix deposits are normally credited within seconds. If your balance hasn't appeared after 15 minutes, check whether your bank's payment receipt confirms the transaction was completed. If it does, please contact support at suporte@36tt.best with the proof of payment attached — the team resolves it quickly. For boleto, the processing time is up to 2 business days after payment.

Question 12

FinancialIs there a maximum withdrawal limit at 36tt?

Accepted Answer

Withdrawal limits per transaction and per period apply, and vary depending on your account verification level. Fully verified (KYC) accounts have higher limits. Current limits are shown on the withdrawal screen inside your account. For withdrawals above the standard limits, please contact support at suporte@36tt.best — special cases are reviewed individually.

Question 13

BonusesHow does the 36tt welcome bonus work?

Accepted Answer

The welcome bonus is automatically credited after your first deposit at 36tt. It is granted once per account, per CPF, and per IP address. The exact amount and percentage are published on the Promotions. To withdraw the bonus, you must meet the rollover requirement within the specified time frame.

Question 14

BonusesWhat is rollover and how does it work at 36tt?

Accepted Answer

Rollover is the minimum betting volume you need to meet with your bonus funds before you can withdraw them. For example: if you received a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 30x rollover, you need to wager at least R$ 3,000.00 in total using that bonus. Your rollover progress is shown in the account's bonus panel. Bets on football, crash games, slots, and most casino games count toward the rollover, with some exceptions listed in each promotion's terms.

Question 15

BonusesCan I withdraw the bonus directly without completing the rollover?

Accepted Answer

No. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only the winnings generated after fully completing the rollover become available for withdrawal. If you request a withdrawal before completing the rollover, any pending bonus balance will be automatically cancelled, but your real balance (deposited with your own money) will be available for withdrawal as normal.

Question 16

BonusesHow does 36tt's weekly cashback work?

Accepted Answer

The weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses from the previous week and credited automatically to your account at the start of each week. The cashback percentage and terms vary depending on your account activity level and the current promotion. Check the Promotions to see the current terms. Cashback may have a lower rollover requirement compared to the welcome bonus.

Question 17

BonusesWhat are free spins and how do I use them at 36tt?

Accepted Answer

Free spins are complimentary rounds on specific slots, awarded as part of promotions or the 36tt welcome bonus. They are credited automatically and appear in your bonus panel. Winnings from free spins are subject to rollover before they can be withdrawn. The slots eligible for free spins are listed in each promotion's terms — not all games in the catalog qualify.

Question 18

BettingWhat sports and competitions can I bet on at 36tt?

Accepted Answer

36tt covers football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, Champions League, and many more), volleyball (Brazilian Superliga), basketball (NBB), MMA and UFC, tennis, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Dota 2), and dozens of other sports. Live betting is available on major matches with odds updated in real time. Visit Live Betting to see the markets available right now.

Question 19

BettingHow does live betting work at 36tt?

Accepted Answer

Live betting lets you wager on matches already in progress, with odds that update in real time as the game develops. To place a live bet, log in to your 36tt account and go to the Live Betting, select the event and market you want, enter your stake, and confirm. The bet is placed instantly. Keep in mind: odds in live games move fast — double-check the value before confirming.

Question 20

BettingWhat are odds and how do I read them at 36tt?

Accepted Answer

Odds are the multipliers that determine how much you win when your bet is correct. At 36tt, odds are displayed in decimal format (e.g., 2.50). To calculate your potential return, multiply your stake by the odd: R$ 50.00 x 2.50 = R$ 125.00 total return (R$ 75.00 profit). Lower odds indicate a more likely outcome; higher odds indicate a less likely outcome and a greater potential return.

Question 21

BettingCan I place parlay (combo) bets at 36tt?

Accepted Answer

Yes. 36tt supports single bets (one market) and parlays, where you combine two or more markets on a single ticket. The potential return on a parlay is calculated by multiplying all selected odds by the stake. With parlays, every selection must be correct for the ticket to win — one wrong pick results in the entire bet being lost.

Question 22

BettingHow do I view my bet history at 36tt?

Accepted Answer

Once logged in to your 36tt account, go to "Bet History" or "My Bets" in the profile menu. There you'll find all your placed bets, with details on the market, stake, odds, outcome, and profit or loss for each ticket. You can filter by date range, bet type, or sport. Checking your history regularly is a good responsible gambling habit.

Question 23

CasinoWhat is RTP and how does it affect my gameplay in slots?

Accepted Answer

RTP (Return to Player) is the average percentage a slot pays back to players over millions of rounds. A slot with 96% RTP means that, on average and over the long run, R$ 96.00 of every R$ 100.00 wagered is returned across all players. This does not guarantee winnings in any individual session — it is a long-term statistical metric. 36tt publishes the RTP for every game in the catalog for full transparency.

Question 24

CasinoHow does Aviator work at 36tt?

Accepted Answer

Aviator is a crash game where a plane takes off and a multiplier keeps climbing as it flies. You decide when to cash out — the longer you wait, the higher the multiplier, but if the plane "crashes" before you cash out, you lose your bet. You can place one or two simultaneous bets per round and set an automatic cash-out at a chosen multiplier. Rounds are fast-paced and powered by certified RNG — each result is completely independent of previous ones. Visit Crash Games to play.

Question 25

CasinoDoes the 36tt live casino have Portuguese-speaking dealers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. 36tt offers Live Casino tables with real dealers in Brazilian Portuguese, available 24 hours a day. The catalog includes live roulette, live blackjack, baccarat, live poker, and game shows like Crazy Time. Streams are in high definition and you can interact with the dealer and other players via the table chat. Visit Casino to see the tables available right now.

Question 26

CasinoAre the results in slots and crash games manipulated?

Accepted Answer

No. All slots and crash games available at 36tt use RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by independent auditing bodies. Each round is completely independent of the ones before it — past results have no influence on future outcomes. There are no "streaks" or payout cycles. Any content claiming to predict results or selling foolproof systems is misleading you.

Question 27

CasinoWhich slot providers are available at 36tt?

Accepted Answer

The 36tt catalog features games from top providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, and more. Hundreds of titles are available — classic slots, video poker, progressive jackpots, and much more. All with published RTP and RNG certification. Visit Slots to browse the full catalog.

Question 28

SecurityHow do I set a deposit limit on my account?

Accepted Answer

Log in to your 36tt account, go to your profile settings, and find the "Responsible Gambling" or "Account Limits" section. There you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit in BRL. The limit takes effect immediately. Reductions apply right away; limit increases only take effect 7 days after the request, to prevent impulsive decisions. For more details, visit the Responsible Gambling.

Question 29

SecurityWhat is the voluntary pause and how do I activate it?

Accepted Answer

The voluntary pause is a temporary account block lasting between 1 day and 6 months, activated by the player themselves. During the pause, deposits, bets, and access to games are not possible — but your real balance is preserved. To activate it, go to "Responsible Gaming" in your account settings and select "Voluntary Pause". The measure takes effect immediately. During the pause, 36tt also stops sending any marketing communications.

Question 30

SecurityHow does permanent self-exclusion work at 36tt?

Accepted Answer

Self-exclusion is a permanent measure that closes access to your account for good. Once activated, the account cannot be reactivated before the minimum period set — no exceptions. Marketing communications are stopped immediately. Your real-money balance is returned via Pix after identity verification. To activate it, go to "Responsible Gambling" in your settings or contact support at suporte@36tt.best.

Question 31

SecurityHow do I enable 2FA on my 36tt account?

Accepted Answer

Once logged in, go to "Settings" and then "Security". Select the option to enable two-factor authentication (2FA). You can choose verification via an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator) or via SMS to your registered mobile number. Setup takes less than 2 minutes and adds an extra layer of protection — in addition to your password, a temporary code will be required at every login.

Question 32

SecurityCan 36tt ask for my password by email or chat?

Accepted Answer

Never. 36tt will never ask for your password, 2FA code, or full banking details by email, chat, or phone. If you receive any message requesting this information, discard it immediately — it's a fraud attempt. Report it to suporte@36tt.best. 36tt's official support team only accesses basic account information for identity verification — and will never ask for your password.

Question 33

SupportHow do I contact 36tt support?

Accepted Answer

36tt support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in Brazilian Portuguese. You can reach us by email at suporte@36tt.best or via the live chat available inside the platform after logging in. Requests related to responsible gambling are handled as a priority.

Question 34

SupportHow quickly does 36tt support respond?

Accepted Answer

Live chat offers immediate assistance during peak hours. By email, the standard response time is up to 24 hours, though most requests are answered within a few hours. Issues related to responsible gambling, account security, and pending withdrawals are given the highest priority. To speed things up, always include your registered CPF and a clear description of your issue when getting in touch.

Question 35

SupportDoes 36tt support in Portuguese?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All 36tt support is provided in Brazilian Portuguese — the support team is made up of Brazilian agents who understand the local context, domestic payment methods (Pix, boleto, card), and the needs of Brazilian players. Just write naturally, without worrying about technical jargon or foreign languages.

Question 36

SupportMy account was blocked for no reason. How do I fix this?

Accepted Answer

Accounts can be temporarily locked due to: multiple failed login attempts, suspicious activity detected by our security system, or a pending identity verification requirement. Please contact support at suporte@36tt.best providing your CPF, registered email, and a description of what happened. The team reviews it and gets back to you within a few hours with the reason and the next steps to resolve it.

Question 37

SupportDoes 36tt work on mobile without downloading an app?

Accepted Answer

Yes. 36tt works fully in your mobile browser — Chrome on Android and Safari on iPhone — with no app download required. Login, live betting, slots, crash games, live casino, Pix deposits, and withdrawals are all available on mobile. For quicker access, save 36tt to your home screen: on Chrome, tap the three-dot menu and select "Add to Home Screen"; on Safari, tap the share icon and select "Add to Home Screen".
