1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services offered by 36tt through the website 36tt.best and any associated applications or platforms. By accessing the site, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any 36tt feature, you confirm that:

3Identity Verification (KYC)

36tt applies identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) in compliance with anti-money laundering guidelines and regulations applicable to the Brazilian market. Verification may be requested at any time, but is mandatory before the first withdrawal above R$ 500.00 or when the accumulated balance reaches certain thresholds.

3.1 Required Documents

5Withdrawals

5.2 Withdrawal Requirements

• The account must be verified (KYC approved for withdrawals above R$ 500.00);
• The available balance for withdrawal must be equal to or greater than R$ 30.00;
• No active bonus with a pending rollover requirement may be held on the amount you wish to withdraw;
• The Pix key provided must belong to the account holder registered with 36tt.

5.3 Bonus Withdrawal

Amounts originating from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the full rollover requirements of the corresponding promotion have been met. Failing to complete the rollover within the set timeframe will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings. The real deposit balance is not affected by bonus cancellation.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

36tt offers a welcome bonus for new players making their first deposit. The current bonus amount, percentage, and conditions are published on the Promotions. The welcome bonus is granted automatically once per account, per CPF, and per IP address.

6.2 Rollover Requirements

Every bonus granted by 36tt is subject to rollover requirements (a minimum betting volume before withdrawal). The standard rollover is 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion. Bets placed on games with an RTP above 98% or a margin below 2% may be excluded from the rollover calculation.

6.3 Validity and Cancellation

7.2 Odds and Changes

Odds are set by 36tt based on statistical analysis and may change at any time before a bet is confirmed. A bet is only considered valid once the system confirms it at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Incorrect odds published due to a technical error may be cancelled, with the staked amount refunded.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet is declared void and the staked amount is returned to the player's balance in the following situations:

• Cancellation or postponement of the event by more than 48 hours;
• Obvious odds error (odds clearly incorrect due to a technical fault);
• Event ended before the minimum conditions for bet validity were met;
• Bets on markets affected by irregularities in the event (match-fixing confirmed by a competent authority).

7.4 Live Betting

Live bets are accepted in real time while events are in progress. 36tt may temporarily suspend live markets to update odds or during decisive moments in a game (penalties, red cards, goals). Bets confirmed before a suspension are valid. An unstable user connection does not invalidate bets already confirmed by the system.
